Marine Restoration Kit | CAP'N CUT + CAP'N POLISH

Cut through oxidation, then bring back the gloss. The Marine Restoration Kit pairs CAP'N CUT marine compound with CAP'N POLISH fine marine polish for a two-step gelcoat and fiberglass refresh. Choose a 16 oz or 32 oz bottle of each product to suit your project.

What's included

• 1 × CAP'N CUT: A heavy-cut compound for chalky oxidation, weathering, water stains, and light-to-moderate surface scratches on gelcoat and fiberglass.
• 1 × CAP'N POLISH: A fine polish that refines light haze and micro-marring after compounding and brings out clarity and gloss.

How the two-step process works

1. Wash and dry the boat thoroughly. Test both products on a small, inconspicuous area first.
2. Work CAP'N CUT over oxidized areas with an appropriate cutting pad and a dual-action or rotary polisher at medium speed. Wipe away residue with a clean microfiber towel.
3. Apply CAP'N POLISH with a foam finishing pad at medium-low speed, working in overlapping passes. Wipe clean to reveal the refined finish.
4. For ongoing protection, follow with Marine Coating, sold separately.

Good to know: For lightly oxidized gelcoat, CAP'N POLISH alone may be sufficient. This kit contains the compound and polish only; pads, towels, wash, and coating are not included.
